He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his children, Anthony Cusato of Annapolis, MD and Gabrielle Hogin (Benjamin) of Virginia Beach, VA; and his brothers, Michael of Stokesdale, NC, Nicholas of Snow Hill, MD, John of Millsboro, DE and Gerald Cusato of Greensboro, NC..
