She was predeceased by: her spouse Augustine J. Spiegel; and her sister Judith Anne. She is survived by: her children, Linda Tuel of Orlando, Barbara Spiegel of Glen Burnie, Dale Spiegel of White Marsh and Theodore Spiegel of Crownsville; her granddaughters, Ashley Tuel Silva (Gio) and Heather Tuel of Colorado Springs; her great grandchild Lotus Tuel; and her brother Roscoe Rowe III Annapolis (Lois). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
