He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret (Lil Babe); his parents, Evelyn and Andrew; his sisters, Lucille and Delores; and his son Allen.
He is survived by: his friends, James Hynson and Harry Warwick; his children, Teresa, Craig (Nina), Mark (Cecilia) and John; his brother Montro (Shirley); and his grandchildren, Brenda (Omari), Dorcas, Lionel, Dawn (Carl), Tomiko (Earl), Alicia (Jacob), Joy, Mark Jr., Taya, Kenya and Craig. He is also survived by great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
