He is survived by: his granddaughters, Diana and Erica Otis; his pets, Kiska and Snoopy; his son Andrew; his cousin Betty Waller; his wife Aletta; and his children, Linda Briggs Hawkins (Craig), Carol Diane Briggs and John Thomas Briggs (Lydia).
