She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Stifter of Portsmouth, NH, Amanda Stifter of Arnold, MD, Terence Stifter (Cheryl) of Rockville, MD, Sheila Kling (Tom) of Annapolis, MD, Margaret Stifter of North Beach, MD and Rosemary Stifter (Ken Hadley) of Annapolis, MD; her sister Anna Norris of Suitland, MD; and her grandchildren, Terence Stifter, Jr., Jack Kling, Jennifer Stifter, Benjamin and Samuel Hadley.
