He is survived by: his wife Annette Bynum (Brittingham) of Allen, MD; his children, LeeAnn Smith (Scott) of Princess Anne, MD, Lisa Taylor (Michael) of Pocomoke City, MD and Layne Bynum (Angela) of Allen, MD.; and his grandchildren, Brett Smith (Krista), Brooke Rex (Charles), Kayla Cold (John Chandler), Falon Cold, Philip Shahan (Sarah) and Logan Bynum (Samantha Thornton). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, several brother and sister in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
