Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Vernon Windsor Yingling Jr. of Adamstown, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 75, on August 1, 2020. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane Yingling; his sons, Jerry and Steve; his children-in-law, Lynda Wagner and Kelly Yingling; his grandchildren, Alexis, Alaina, Jacob, Dylan, Jordan and Mollie; and his parents, Vernon Yingling and Grace Yingling. He was also cherished by his great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral service will be private.
Vernon's two favorite quotes will stay with us always "The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good." And "May you always have a strong foundation when the winds of change shift.". In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation in Vernon's name to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
