He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Keiter and Dorothy Keiter (Henne); his wife Dolores; his children, Deborah Keiter Moore (Chris) of Maine, Timothy S. Keiter (Kay) of Maine and Christopher F. Keiter (Betsy) of Maine; and his sisters, Margaret Wales, Mary McCarty and Miriam Solloway (Fred). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
