He is survived by: his wife Roberta Brown Currin; his children, Beverly Currin Jordan (Jim) of Chattanooga, TN, Steven Hood, Sr. of Sunshine, MD, Von Currin Talley (Dean) of Oxford, NC, Faith Currin Cregger (Lennie) of Oxford, NC, Robin H. Mihm (John) of Woodbine, MD, David M. Hood of Scottsville, KY and Blair Currin McCoy of Victoria, VA.; his grandchildren, Lana, Steven, Jr., Larry, Starr, Isaac, Jacob, Jenna, Brandon, Ashley, Mary, Laura and Annie; and his great grandchildren, Alathea, Liam, Mac, Ethan, Aleah, Savannah, Chloey, Sarah, Wyatt, Harper, Emma, Ezra, John and David.
