Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Janet Colburn of Adamstown, Maryland, born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 78, on February 16, 2021. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ray D. Riley and Lalia Riley (Scott); her husband Allen D. Colburn; her children, Keith Colburn (Lisa) of Ellicott City and Amy Cook (Theodore) of Severn; her grandchildren, Ethan Colburn, Elizabeth, Sarah, Benjamin and Rachel Cook; and her siblings, Arthur Riley (Vickie) of Westminster, Marjorie Lohnes (Fredric) of Westminster and Donna R. Riley of Westminster.

Due to pandemic, face masks and social distancing will be required while in the church.
