She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jacob and Catherine Jacob of West Aliquippa, Pennsylvania.. She is survived by: her sister Dolores Porto; and her children, Sue Smith Bowen (Arlen) of Crosby, MN, Robert Lee Smith, Jr. (Joanne) of Tucson, AZ and Mark A. Smith (Susan). She is also survived by six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
