It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna M. Starkey (Adamstown, Maryland), born in Laytonsville, Maryland, who passed away on November 23, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent William McGinn; her spouse William Starkey; and her sons, Brooks B. Starkey and Michael M. Starkey. She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth McGinn; and her children, William N. Starkey II (Linda) of Adamstown, MD and Judith S. O'Neil (Steve) of Mt. Airy, MD.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
