She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Gilbert Mulligan and Ethel Lee Mulligan (Hardin); and her spouse Norris Carter, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Aldridge of Florida, Steve Mulligan (Patty) of Florida, Terri Klucar (Jay) of Florida and David Mulligan (Danielle) of Colorado; her grandchildren, Myrissa Carter and Krista Haller; her great grandchildren, Bourbon Haller and Presley Haller; her daughter-in-law Lettie Carter; her close friend Treasa Stocks of Maryland; her aunt Wanda Smithson of Tennessee; and her uncles, Max of Tennessee and Dan Hardin of Tennessee. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
