He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Curtis and Elizabeth Curtis; his grandchild Madison Curtis; and his siblings, Louise Brigham, Robert Curtis, Tommy Curtis and Timmy Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Curtis; his son Travis Curtis (Barbara Curtis) of Adamstown, MD; his granddaughter Lillian Curtis (Adamstown, MD); and his sisters, Carol Ricketts, Patsy Hubbard, Susan Dyer and Penny Mitchell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
