It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Avaleen Chadwick of Adamstown, Maryland, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband George Chadwick, Jr. (Jay); her parents, Timie Gazaway (Redwine) and Allen Gazaway; her husband Jay Chadwick; and her stepson George A. Chadwick, III.

She is survived by: her children, Tarillis Jane Adams (T. Paul) of Blodgett, Oregon and Dan Lee Seamans (Wycliffe) of Boyds, Maryland; her stepson Charles M. Chadwick (JaneAnn) of Westminster, Maryland; and her daughter-in-law Margie Chadwick of Alexandria, Virginia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
