She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Koontz (McCuen) and William Carter Koontz; her husband John Wesley Dize; her son Robert Paul Dize; her siblings, Wayne Koontz and Bonnie Shaffer; her son-in-law Gary Beale; and her brother-in-law Norbert Reiner.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Louise Beale; her grandson Jeffery Arneson; her great grandchild Jackson Arneson; and her sister Mary Reiner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
