He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Bell; his child Evans Ray, Jr.; and his siblings, Adville A. Bell (Gwendolyn), Dorothea Bell and Theda P. Duvall. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
