He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Collier and Nellie Collier (Bach); his daughter Patricia Ann Collier; his granddaughter Bethany Marie Savage; and his brother Paul Collier.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Savage (Deane) of Accident and Robert Collier of Grantsville; and his granddaughter Kara Savage of Accident.
