She was predeceased by: her father Herman Opel; her siblings, Bernice Baker, Erma Stephens, Nora Evans, Viola Yommer, Park Opel and Vernon Opel; and her sons-in-law, Jim Yoder and Felix Gonzalez.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd "Shorty" Yoder; her children, Mary Gonzalez of Grantsville, MD, Nancy Yoder of Grantsville, MD, Phyllis Yoder of Grantsville, MD, Dean Yoder (RoseLee) of Grantsville, MD, Diane Maust (Sheldon) of Accident, MD, Carol Cooney (Billy) of Accident, MD and Ronald Yoder (Tracey); and her siblings, Don Opel, Eva Miller of Accident, Hazel Maust of Accident, Marie Eisentrout of Beaverdam, VA, Jean DeWitt, Jody Bender of Kalona, IA and June McCann of Bruceton Mills, WV.. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
