Whitacre (Schlosnagle); his stepchildren, Robert Walker (Andrea), Tyler Walker and Hannah Walker; his siblings, Matthew Whitacre (April Friend) and Diane Welch (Darrell); his nieces, Katie Welch and Michelle Welch-Torgerson (Nicholas); his great-nieces, Kennedy O'Brien and Ivy Torgerson; and his great-nephew Carter Whitacre.
