He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Bowser and Mildred Bowser (Miller); his daughter Debra Lynn Bowser; and his brothers, Allen, Donald and Walter Bowser.
He is survived by: his wife Dortha Eileen "Dot" Bowser (Miller); his daughters, Sharon K. Frantz (Phil), Diane C. Williams (Mark) and Terri L. Stonesifer (Rick Broadwater); his sister-in-law Virginia Bowser of Frederick, MD; his grandchildren, Corey Stonesifer (Kirsten), Trevor Stonesifer (Amber), Daniel Williams, Kala Williams (Chris Atkins) and Michael Frantz (Scarlett); and his great grandchildren, Trenton Stonesifer, Hayden Stonesifer, David Tressler, Laila Stonesifer, Alena Stonesifer, Will Frantz and Bo Frantz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
