She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Everett and Carrie Margaret Miller (Camp); her husband Hobert Luther Bowser; her daughter Debra Lynn Bowser; and her sisters, Lavern Turney, Margaret Griffith and Pauline Georg.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon K. Frantz (Phil) of Friendsville, MD, Diane C. Williams (Mark) of Ellerslie, MD and Terri L. Stonesifer (Rick Broadwater) of Swanton, MD; her siblings, Wilmer Miller of LaVale, MD, Paul Miller of Keyser, WV, Ann Wengerd of Meringo, IA and Mary Aronhalt; her grandchildren, Corey Stonesifer (Kirsten), Trevor Stonesifer (Amber), Daniel Williams, Kayla Williams (Chris Arkins) and Michael Frantz (Scarlett); and her great grandchildren, Trenton Stonesifer, Hayden Stonesifer, David Tressler, Laila Stonesifer, Alena Stonesifer, Will Frantz, Bo Frantz and Morgan Frantz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
