He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Stanton and Jennie Stanton (Burdett); his wife Faith Myrteen Stanton; and his siblings, Charlie, Lilly and James.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle, Yvonne and Karla; his stepchildren, Carmen, Kristin, Valanteen and Jeri; and his sister Gearline. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
