We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2021, at the age of 89, Vivian Marie Webb of Abingdon, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Lowell R. Rogers and Rhoda Rogers (McDowell) of Burlington; her husband Kenneth Webb of Williamsport; and her siblings, Loma Louise Cannon and Delmer Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Bebber (Rick), Kenneth Webb (Susan), Doug Webb (Dianne) and Esther Fleming (Brad); her grandchildren, Brandon Webb (Christina), Mark Webb and Ericka (Traub); her great grandchildren, McKinley, Adalyn, Mason Traub and Catherine Webb; and her brother Clifton Rogers of Old Fields, WV..
In lieu of flowers, Vivian would have desired contributions be made to the Baltimore Rescue Mission, 4 N. Central Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21202.
