He was predeceased by: his parents, Naomi Alexander and Frank Hokuf; and his brother Frank Hokuf. He is survived by: his brother Daniel Hokuf (Sharon); his niece Amy Klusak (Brandon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Parker, Camden and Weston; his nephew Steven Hokuf (Brittany); and his great-nephew Jonas.
