He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Simons and Osie Simons (Wassum). He is survived by: his stepdaughter Deborah Twele; and his siblings, Deborah Simons Shupe, Brenda Simons Hale, Frankie Simons, Larry Simons, Melvin Simons, Roger Simons, Jerry Simons and Billy Simons.
