He was predeceased by: his son Alfred Wade Harris, Sr.; and his siblings, Viola Jones, Betty Lou Miller, Shirley Holt, Charlotte Robinson and Thomas E. Harris, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Ann Harris, Marie Inez Williams, Letisha Angelique of Washington and Lloyd Alvin Harris; his stepchildren, Charles Phillips and Virginia Hamilton; and his siblings, James Pop Harris, Charles Harris, Roger Harris, Evelyn Brice, Anna Moore, K. Linda Johnson, Laura Cromwell and Denise Stokes. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
