She is survived by: her mother Margaret Adkins (Barton); her children, Kathy Jenkens (Mike), Robin Lenzo (Salvatore) and James R. Brewster; her grandchildren, Kelsey Grunberg (Mark), Jack, Nick Jenkens, Ally, James, Aidan Brewster, Salvatore and Leo Lenzo; and her sister Margie Pilachowski.
