He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Garner Sr. and Lola Garner (Bartlett); and his sister June Yancey. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Garner; his children, Linda Garner of Churchville, Kelly Kindle of Spokane, WA, Lisa Lane (Michael) of Abingdon and Michael Garner of Abingdon; his grandchildren, Zachary Kindle (Mai), Brandon Kindle, Jennie Gryzbowski, Bethany Lane, Spencer Lane, Janet Langston, Nichole Diemert, Blaze Kindle and Benjamin Kindle; his great grandchildren, Hunter Lane, Ezra Diemert, Isaac Diemert, Eddie Diemert, Owen Diemert, Cameron Langston, Sandra Langston, Kaitlyn Langston, McKenna Langston, Daisy Diemert and Alice Kindle; and his brothers, Floyd Garner and Edward Garner.
