He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Krementz and Alice Krementz; and his son Leon Robert Krementz Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Krementz (Battista); his daughter Pauline Wheeler (William Wheeler); his granddaughter Jessica Hicks (Andrew Hicks); and his great grandchild Connor Andrew Hicks. He is also survived by one of five sons and one daughter.
