With solemn reverence, we commemorate Leon Anderson of Abingdon, Maryland, born in Sparta, North Carolina, whose life came to an end on June 24, 2024 at the age of 79, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cam Anderson and Martha Jane Anderson (Irwin); his brothers, Jesse Anderson and Ted Anderson; his son Joe Huskins; his grandson Jeffrey Anders; and also, Douglas Ferguson (Jeanne) and Steve Ferguson.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Anderson (Bonnie), Diane Anderson and Kym Anders; and his siblings, Lavonne Pape and Frank Anderson (Connie). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Humane Society of Harford County.
