She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rust Sr. and Ruth Rust (Helmick); and her siblings, Donald, David, Robert Rust, Jr. and Linda Taylor.

She is survived by: her husband Harold Ramey, Jr.; her sons, Michael Alan Ramey and Robert Douglas Ramey; and her sister Betty Adkins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and family members.
