It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph K. Rich (Abingdon, Maryland), born in Curwensville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 17, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Raymond Rudisill, Clinton Wooster, James F. Rich, Jr., Dorothy Hile (Rich) and Clark E. Rich; his wife Rowena Rich; and his brother John W. Rich.
He is survived by: his parents, Mildred I. Rich and James F. Rich; his wife Sylvia J. Rich (Brown); his children, Patricia Ann Rich and Jasen Joseph Rich of Moline; his granddaughters, Paige N. Hamby (Troy Hamby) and Tara N. Slesinger (Zachary Slesinger); his great grandchildren, Carter, Jackson, Grant Hamby, Dylan, Gavin and Nolan Slesinger; his sisters, Helen Rudisill (Rich), Beverly Wooster (Rich), Shirley Casses (Rich), Douglas Casses, Nancy Bender (Rich) and Charles Bender; and also Abingdon.
