It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Allen Payne of Abingdon, Maryland, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Joseph Jr. (Amy) and Kathryn (Stephen Edwards); his grandchildren, Juliet of Joseph, III, Wyatt, Alexander, Cody, Weston, Andrew, Cassidy and Larry Taylor; and also, Paul and Russell Payne.
