He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Lee and Ruth Belle Smith (Smith); and his brother Larry Smith. He is survived by: his wife Robin Smith; his children, Joshua Smith (Jennifer), Matthew Smith, Daniel Smith (Ashley) and Sarah Smith (Bob); his grandsons, James Smith and Jack Smith; his sisters, Judy Eberwein and Linda Gray; and his mother-in-law Kitty Asbury.
