He is survived by: his wife Patricia Koontz; his children, Tracy Koontz (Julie), Sherry Tracey (David) and Tiffany McFadden (John); his sister Dixie Bartkus; and his nephew Gregory. He is also survived by his children and numerous grandchildren.
