He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Betty Fishel Weaver; his grandparents, Howard and Edna Fishel; his daughter Amanda Haddaway (John Haddaway) of Woodsboro, MD; his spouse Ann-Marie Gray Folcomer; his niece Leslie Folcomer; his great-nephew Jacob; his siblings-in-law, Mary, Marcie, Ella (Steve), Doug and LeRoy; his niece Julia Grace; his brother Richard Folcomer; and also Jamie. He was also cherished by many friends and his extended family.
Dave was always generous with those in his life and we request donations in his memory to the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress (https://mdsc.org), a nonprofit he supported annually, in lieu of flowers.
