He is survived by: his parents, Francis "Jerry" Mazziott and Mary Mazziott (Weidele); his son David Anthony Mazziott; his siblings, Michael Gerard Mazziott, Steven W. Mazziott, Joseph Anthony Mazziott, Nicholas Eric Mazziott and Regina Marie Karoly; and his close friend Linda Kay Fowler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
