He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ruzicka and Ethel Ruzicka (Riley); his close friend Susan Naccarato; and his sister Carolyn Mech. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Ruzicka, Deborah Ruzicka, Charles Ruzicka and David Ruzicka (Wendy); and his great grandchildren, Michael, Dawn Naccarato and Lisa Burkheimer. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Chuck's name may be made to the Humane Society of Harford County, 2208 Connolly Road, Fallston, MD 21047.
