It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Joan Howard of Abingdon, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daril and Evelyn Ridgely (Heckner); and her grandparents, Joe and Heck. She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Hatcher; her sons-in-law, Ned and Brian; her brother Larry Ridgely; and her grandchildren, Chris Hatcher (Brittany), Sierra Ficca (Anthony) and Nicolette Ficca (Cole).
