He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carroll Hogan, Jr. of Reisterstown, MD and Marguerite Aline Voorhies of Timonium, MD; and his brother Marc Tally Hogan of Street, MD.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carolyn Hogan; his sons, Jason Bonner Hogan (Jacki) of Easton, MD and Brandon Carroll Hogan of Millsboro, DE; his grandchildren, Victoria Ann Hogan (Roby), Sean Brian Hogan (Paul), Evelyn Carroll Hogan, Jonah David Hogan and Elizabeth June Hogan; his great grandchildren, Marley Lee Ann Bradford and Ellie Rose Bradford; and his siblings, Steven Voorhies Hogan of Biglerville, PA and Carroll Charbonnet Hogan of Sykesville, MD.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 1114 Baldwin Mill Rd, Jarrettsville, MD 21084. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
