He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin L. Palmer and Marguerite A. Palmer; his wife Alicia Gill Palmer; his children, Caroline Palmer Wellington (Asauney) and Kevin Palmer; his brothers, Bryan and Bradley Palmer; his extended family, Helen and Thomas Ferguson; and his brother-in-law Rob Gill.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret Church (141 S Hickory Ave, Bel Air, MD 21014).
He worked as a land surveyor for 37 years and took great pride in his contributions to local construction projects including Camden Yards.
