It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Francis Loper of Aberdeen, Maryland, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hays Inman; his children, William Loper, John Loper (Paige Kilian), Sarah Kilian (Jay) and Amanda Kilian Meehan (Michael); his grandchildren, Rudy, Casey, Jonah, Jesse, Jasper, Mazie, Frankie, Carly and Sawyer; and his sister Bernadine Stigberg (Carl). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
