He is survived by: his wife Lillian Adkins (Burdette); his son Wayne Adkins, Jr. (Theresa); his great grandchild Percy Adkins; his son Rob Adkins (Amy); his grandson Jacob Adkins (Shannon); his great grandchild Theo Adkins; his grandson Andrew Adkins (Megan); his daughter Cindy Kacher (Mike); his granddaughter Paige Kacher; and his siblings, Edward Adkins (Shirley), Jeanette Lewellyn, Evelyn Thorne and Elaine Bennett (Mike).
