He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Jordan; and his grandparents, James, Sr., Alethia Griffin, James and Margaret Jenkins.

He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Griffin Jordan; his children, Treyveane Murray, Jayden Jordan, Autum Jordan and Katrina Jackson; his grandchildren, Anthony Jackson, Alana Jackson and Amari Johnson; and his siblings, Anthony Miller and Breanna Beck. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
