It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Carroll in Aberdeen, Maryland, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon L. Hayden and Ruth K. Hayden (Robinson); her brother Carl Hayden; and her great grandchild Luca Andrew Williams. She is survived by: her husband James F. Carroll; her sister Betty Wilhelm; her children, Carol M. Spence (Daniel), Cathy E. Brown, Mark J. Brown (Heather), Jamey F. of Maine, Crystal A. Hayes (David) and Brandon L. Carroll; and her grandchildren, Catherine (Dominic), Carlos, Kayla, Hayden, Johnny, Sean, Haylie, Lucas, Mason, Jaxson, Brooklyn, Olivia, Hannah, Madison, Camryn and Austin. She is also survived by her family, friends.
