He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lizzy Ray and Ivery Barksdale; his sisters, Mary and Anna Margaret; his daughters, Blenda and Bernestine; his wife Dorlyes Nadine; his grandson RoShawn; and his nieces, Charlene, Georgia and Yvette. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
