Phillips (Mullins); his children, Christine Phillips-Scharmann (Kelly) of Colora, MD, Robert Hall (Lizeth Meza) of Fairfield, PA, Jason Hall of North East, MD and Rhonda Hall of North East, MD; his grandchildren, Collin, Jasmine, Gabby, Junie, Maggie, Nate, Cameron, Hunter, Alexie, Kelsie, Michael, Teeya, Rashawn and Triston; and his great grandchild Ilyanna.
