With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leon Pearson Sr. of Aberdeen, Maryland, born in Blue Island, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2024 at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Pearson and Roberta Pearson; his siblings, Larry, Micheal, Hattie, Clara, Mary Bell and Iona; and his pet Mya.
He is survived by: his children, Melinda Pearson, Lynne Pearson and Leon Pearson, Jr. (Danielle); his grandchildren, Terrance Waters, Damonique Wicker, Nigel Pearson and Noel Pearson; his siblings, Emmitt Pearson, Lamar Pearson (Wayman), Alfonso Pearson (Rita), Roberto Pearson (Jeanette), Brenda Covington, Cynthia Pearson, Sandra Harris (Edward), Diane Robinson (Emmanuel), Joanne Banks (Michael) and Sonja Pearson; and also Tylan Pearson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, close friends.
