He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elbert Belvin and Alice Belvin (Lawrence); his wife Bonnie Belvin; his son John Michael Belvin; his daughter-in-law Krissy Belvin; his daughter Julie Oswalt; his son-in-law Gary Oswalt; and his grandson Justin Oswalt.
